From Libyan Women, we are pleased to announce the signing of a Collaboration Agreement with the iS+D Foundation for Advanced Social Research.
Since its creation in 2006, the iS+D Foundation has been working for the support, dissemination and prestige of research in Social Sciences. Our general lines of action are focused on the development of research projects and studies related to corporate social responsibility, market studies, gender studies, methodological advice and training in research for companies, institutions, universities, research groups and individual researchers. Thank you very much for your collaboration, which has been possible thanks to the intervention of Marisa and Antonio, fantastic work.
Therefore, the main objective of this agreement with Libyan Women NGO is to promote and develop gender equality, education and the empowerment of Libyan women and girls through social research and the dissemination of Social Sciences.
The main lines of collaboration of the agreement are focused on strengthening relations, joining efforts and establishing communications and collaborations in accordance with the following modalities:
- Advice on issues related to the activity of both entities.
- Participation in joint research projects.
- Mutual collaboration for the use of information, products and services.
- Dissemination and communication of the activities of both entities through their communication channels.
- Cooperation in training programmes.
Libyan Women NGO is the social work of the Spanish-Libyan Chamber of Commerce dedicated to gender equality, education and the empowerment of Libyan women and girls.
This NGO was created as a result of the war situation that Libyan women have been enduring for years, to help overcome the war and the inequalities it has meant for women and to begin a period of reconstruction of the country, as well as to reclaim the place of women in Libya.
