The University of Tripoli will celebrate International Volunteer Day on 2 December.
We were honoured to be invited to give this lecture.
Libyan Women NGO, will be represented by our coordinator and one of our partners.
For this event, our coordinator will give a speech and we will also give 10 scholarships to 10 volunteers, 5 scholarships for an English course and 5 scholarships for a Spanish course.

I am Ayad Malug, coordinator of Libyan Women and president of the Spanish-Libyan Chamber of Commerce.
I would like to thank you for the invitation to be part of this event and I would like to give you a message from the president of Libyan Women, Mrs. Maria Belen Gonzalez, she wants to send her best wishes to all volunteers and civil organizations, to continue helping the most disadvantaged people. Without volunteers, civil organisations would cease to exist, thank you all from Madrid.
For many years, civil society and volunteerism have been fundamental in preserving people’s basic rights.
The main objective of our organisation, Libyan Women NGO, is to promote and defend the general interests of people, especially women and youth. For this purpose, we organise free courses for women and youth, because we always think that education is the first step to make people worthy.
We also organise conferences on issues that concern us, such as child marriages, pollution and the environment, children’s education, etc.
We also have several projects underway, which we want to develop with the help of God and the governments, such as the shelter for women victims of war and the football school for children and young people of both sexes.
Thanks to our volunteers, we can do all this, so we ask the governments for help to continue helping and from here, we invite all volunteers who do not know us yet to see our website and participate in our activities.
From Libyan Women NGO, we want to provide 10 scholarships for 10 volunteers, 5 scholarships for an English course level A-1 and 5 scholarships for a Spanish course level A-1, both courses start today Thursday and we want you can also benefit.
